You forget to add the commission for the agents and sub-agents that are needed for a contract of this magnitude. Plus the CONsultants that need to be engaged.

That was covered with "Underwater dealings"
All the other items totalled RM188mil and even if we round up to RM200mil and double that we get RM400mil.
